Any good Japanese bodybuilding forums on the net?

I already know many good forums about bodybuilding in English and other European languages. But I didn't find any Japanese one.

Dude, you dont need a forum. Just go to the gym and lift stuff.

Nope, lifting alone is not enough. You have to eat as well.

In a bodybuilding forum there will be many good recipes for Japanese style high protein food, which I'd like to try out.

And I could easily learn how to express things like "whey" and "Anabolism" in Japanese.
