Wangan/Kanjo racing - 04-29-2008, 06:20 AM

There's two threads for drifting, I figured we could have one for the highway speed freaks.

I would love to visit Japan one time and do a run or two on the Wangan. Kanjo on the other hand, hell no I think I'll pass. I'm not crazy enough to try racing in heavy traffic like these guys:

Yeah, try this in the US and see how long it takes before you're thrown in jail.

That clip is from one of the JDM Insider dvd's.

Okay, it's really tough to find vids of actual Wangan racing, this is the best one I could find for now.

That's one sick NSX. When a tuned Porsche 964 has trouble keeping up with you, you know you have a fast car.

I would love to race or to see a race on Wangan one or two times. As for Kanjo if I had more experience on driving it could be "fun". But if the choice was between Kanjo and Wangan, Wangan would be it, nice cars and a nice road without much traffic.

^ Nice vid. I MKIV Supra's, someday I'll be able to afford one.

I think I've played too much Tokyo Xtreme Racer, I recognized where they started and ended up lol
