Do 50 situps, 30 pushups, run about a mile, and train your butt off.
Thats what I did/do.
It actually gets relly easy.
im not lazy, and i doubt that anything is as hard as training as an actual samurai (just wondering... are you willing to do that self killing thing? no offense intended; just curious) but i can't do 50 situps in 4 or 5 minutes (according to gym class) and i can only do about 18 pushups, and i cannot run fast... but I mainly just want to learn how to use weapons properly. not that fancy running on the walls or stuff like that.

Muay Thai, since I think that is where I am headin again...

Even if it seems certain that you will lose, retaliate. Neither wisdom nor technique has a place in this. A real man does not think of victory or defeat. He plunges recklessly towards an irrational death. By doing this, you will awaken from your dreams.

May the Demon find you...

I do ninjutsu.
But in fact, as i also said in the kenjutsu tread, we do ninjutsu, jujutsu and kenjutsu combined and when you reach green belt, you can choose a second weapon. (don't know how the 'ranking' works around the world exactly, but in Europe, karate, judo, jujutsu, ninjutsu etc follow the white-yellow-orange-green-blue-brown-black rule and then you can go for dans)

Long story short, I apperently also do tonfajutsu XD

visit our site plz, i made it, you wo'nt understand it, it's Dutch, but more hits = higher ranking on google

pictures can be found under 'Fotoalbum' on the left side of the site, or by clicking on this photograph of the sensei's daughter countering him with her kusari-gama
In the photoalbum, i'm always the one with the orange belt (old pictures)

Taekwondo 2nd Dan, Tangsoodo 1st Dan, Kodokan Judo green belt, Japanese Jujitsu blue belt, been practicing Modern Agonistics (full contact stickfighting without the heavy kali jackets, as well as sparring with blunt steel weapons), as well as practicing skills from boxing, submission wrestling, and brazilian jiujitsu. And I read a lot. I'm a martial arts nerd.

YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. Check this out if you want to see what Modern Agonistics is all about.
