comin to japan in july for 10 weeks, i intend to train in BJJ 5 times a week. i know there are some sick gyms in japan and some real talent. how many people do you folk know who are interested in BJJ or mixed martial arts?

My boyfriend is into both boxing and MMA, so I learned some stuff from him, not much. But what you said made me interested, are there good gyms in Japan when it comes to mixed martial arts? Are there mostly native japanese fighters or foreigners too? And do they speak japanese or english?

I imagine you'll be hard pressed to find a Gracie ju jitsu in Japan.
