gyms near Tachikawa

Does anybody know if there are any gyms (anywhere near Tachikawa) that have free weights? I dont care about cardio, aerobics, or nautilus type machines.

I've been to a few local, government run facilities. There are no free weights available. Plus, the heaviest dumbbells are only 10kg.

Yes, these facilites are cheap and give a fairly decent workout. I'm interested in serious weight training and need free weights.

I can't read Kanji so searching the internet is difficult for me.

Please help.
