Now you're just sounding a bit cocky! Let me guess, you've never even seen Cavani play before this world cup and you just went to check his stats when I mentioned his name? He hasn't been playing in his normal position where he gets to attack like Suarez or Forlan. He's been more of a midfielder... Secondly, you think just because he hasn't scored yet, he isn't a threat? Torres is one of the best strikers in the world, and he hasn't scored yet! Does this mean you don't think he has what it takes to score? Lionel Messi is another one! He hasn't scored yet, does that mean he's crap? And even Messi has been terrible in this competition compared to what we see at Barcelona.

Please! I get you backing the Netherlands, but to sound this cocky this far into the tournament is just jarring!

I'm gonna laugh so hard at you if Uruguay do beat the Dutch! I'm still gonna support them, but at least now, I have a win win situation. If the Dutch win, I'll be happy and I'll be expecting a good final, if they lose, I get to laugh at your arrogance!

Shit. You're right. What the hell was I thinking. Now that Suarez is out, Cavani gets his old spot back and Uruguay surely has a chance to win now. I already feel sorry for the Netherlands. Wining against Brazil is a peace of cake compared with Uruguay and it's super striker.

Anyways, wait 'till semi-finals before you get the joy of your win win situation.

Couldve gone either way. You were close.

I expected Uruguay to win comfortably.

Ah yes, I forgot, this world cup has gone like everyone has said. No surprises at all. All the favourites won all their games!!!!! My point was, unless you've seen the future, you can't be so sure!

Cavani - 07-03-2010, 10:27 AM

Cavani is such a good player ! I'm a Palermo fan and trust me: this player is a future star, he work hard on the field, doesn't hesitate to defend and sacrifice for his team
Unfortunatly the Palermo will sell it (with Kjaer) for next season...

If Germany go full whack and don't think about defending all game, I think they'll succeed!
As I predicted! SPANKED!!!!!!

Out of the 3 games (that I predicted) only Spain won.~

And it was the one I didn't want to.

Paraguay 0-1 Spain
Argentina 0-4 Germany (lolwuut?!)
Uruguay 1(4p)-1(2p) Ghana
