Takeru "Tsunami" Kobayashi -

I was kind of surprised when while browsing through the sports section of JF i did not find a word about the competitive eating... considering the fact that Takeru "Tsunami" Kobayashi is the unquestionable champion of the world in this crazy sport, that was a bit strange.
The Guy with a snakes jaws and a stomach big enough for an elephant can eat more than 50 hot dogs in 12 minutes... and was holding this record for more than 6 years o_O Besides massive amounts of hot dogs, in just 12 minutes Tsunami can eat: 96 Hamburgers 100 roasted pork buns 69 bratwurst sausages 50 Summer Shack Lobster Rolls And a lot of other food including all of the standard food-fighting championship ones... And now Joey Chestnut the current holder of the hot dog eating world record has been challenged by Takeru in the New York's Nathan's International Hot Dog Eating Contest 2007... It's going to be painful to watch x

That is gross...
i mean... i know its a competition... how could anyone ever eat that much??????  though its kinda intresting to watch...hehe my brothers got me into that I'll beat anyone who challenges me, I'll beat anyone who thinks they are better.

oooh..I think I saw that dude beat out a bear..........in a sausage eating contest!!!!....
 .......but this was like at least three years ago......so not sure if it's the same guy..... ... "...alright, I'll play the game with this endless June..." Official JF MissMisa stalker!

Doesn't he have a problem with his jaw? It surprises me he still competes because of it.
 When I first saw what he looked like, I was shocked how in shape he is. I had only heard of him before, and imagined him as an older guy who might be a little thicker around the waistline. I didn't expect a hot buff guy.

he has some strange stomach thing..where it can strech out more than an average human..something like that
though this year...he was having arthritis problems in his jaw which lead to...."On June 25, 2007 Kobayashi announced on his blog that he seriously injured his jaw during training. He stated that he can only open his jaw about the width of a fingertip. Kobayashi's participation in the July 4, 2007 Nathan's contest continued as scheduled. He was able to eat a personal record 63 hot dogs, though his mark was bettered by Joey Chestnut." T_T (\_/)
