I'm in 5th kyu in aikido, training for my 4th kyu exam...
Aikido is not really popular in Brazil so I was glad to find a really good dojo, I'm very happy with it, I thinik we're very martial unlike some other aikido trends which I personally find too soft.

Also tomorrow I have my first Shinto Ryu Iaido class...

i think aikido is very fun... it needs some harmony and strength is not really requiered... i did taekwondo before.. but then i just fell in love with aikido.. it's not so aggresive... and it's not made to harm other people... it's a very beautiful martial art

If there were any nearby Kendo classes, I would have joined instantly.
It's a shame though...I would have enjoyed it to its fullest.

I'm at 4th Kyu in Aikido. I should really grade up to 3rd, but I just don't want to. Not yet at least.
