The earthquake was M7.6 at 16km in depth with 55 dead and 32K people evacuated.

The airport accident in HANEDA was occurred also related to the earthquake.

The airplane of Japan-coast-guard "MA722" was about to fly NIIGATA to carry support/rescue luggage. Before MA722 taking off, JAL516 was landed. As the result, both airplanes are collided.

There were no dead in JAL516 but 5 dead among 6 crews of MA722.

There could be something wrong with the communication between control tower and MA722.
