Super Smash Bros. Brawl - 01-09-2008, 12:46 AM
I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread about this yet. Who's excited? The game releases in Japan on January 24th and in America on February 10th. I'm certainly getting it. Actually, I've reserved the game. Brawl looks to expand on melee times more. There are so many new features like the Subspace Emissary story mode. Not mention, all the co-op added to the game (CO-OP EVENTS!). There are also tons more trophies to collect and my music looks to be a nice feature. I can't be the only Smash Brothers fan here, right?

No way! I almost cried when I heard that they were pushing it back to February. *tear* But I was simply enraged when I saw Sonic was in it too. I'm okay with it now but I will never truly accept him in the game. I feel that though being in brawl will help his image slightly, Sonic will never be able to live up to the Mario Bros. legacy.

I'm excited enough that when I heard it was delayed another two months, I wanted to assassinate key Nintendo executives. However, I realized the folly of my ways shortly before pulling the trigger. I realized that killing the execs would only delay the game longer, so their lives were spared... for now >_<

Unfortunately, a lot of rumors are coming up about Europe getting the game sometime in the summer.

I have my copy reserved and I am surprised that someone didn't like the idea of Sonic being in it. 99.999999% of the people I have seen went absolutely bonkers when they heard about him being in it (in a good way). I mean the only reason he is in it was because he was voted in....

Yes... I don't have a Wii but my friend does TDN-sama and he's been doing tons of research on it... And he's going to get it... I CAN'T WAIT! Which is really great... That'll make me so happy...
