Talking Clock Tower 1-3 - 04-10-2008, 12:52 AM

Have you ever heard of the Clock Tower games. Its a survival horror game like Resident Evil, Silent Hill and Fatal Frame series. There are 4 games of the series:

1) Clock Tower: The First Fear (SNES)
2) Clock Tower (aka Clock Tower 2 in Japan) (PS1) http://s249.photobucket.com/albums/g...ck20tower1.jpg
3) Clock Tower 2: The Struggle Within (aka Clock Tower: Ghosthead in Japan) (PS1) http://s249.photobucket.com/albums/g...k_tower_21.jpg
4) Clock Tower 3 (PS2)

What did you like/dislike of one of the games?

The CLock TOwer Games are damn excellent!

Also The only weapon Alyssa is armed with is The holy water The only way to refill your holy water vial is to find a lion's fountain, or a jar of it. This is the most useful piece of equipment Alyssa will get her hands on with the exception of the crossbow. When pressing the triangle button, Alyssa will throw a dose in an arch ahead of her. It will stun enemies reaching contact with the splash.

Yup i remember that when I was watching the Clock Tower 3 walkthrough videos on Youtube. Btw I tell you my own summaries of the CT series.

CT 1: FF is about a 14-year old orphan named Jennifer Simpson who goes to live with the Barrows family at their mansion, along with her three friends. However, they get separated from each other and even worse, she is stalked by a disfigured child wielding a large scissors, who is called Scissorman. Jennifer must find her missing friends, solve the mystery of the Barrows family and destroy Scissorman.

CT 1(part 2) takes place 1 year later after the events of CT: FF and Jennifer's story continues. She is under the care of a new guardian, Helen Maxwell, and the Oslo, Norway citizens are caught up with the Scissorman Murder case. But now the nightmare has came back to haunt Jennifer again. Scissorman is back!!! She and Helen must solve the identity of the 2nd Scissorman and destroy him once and for all.

CT 2: TSW(CT: Ghosthead) is about a 17-year old girl Alyssa Hale(Yu Midoshima) who is suffering from multiple personality disorder. She has a cruel and heartless male alter ego named Bates(Sho) who would attack those that try to hurt Alyssa. She is spending the weekend at a family friend's house, the Tate family(Takano family). However she discovers the grisly secret of the "Maxwell(Saido) Curse". In order to survive, Alyssa will have to trust her dark side, Bates.

CT 3 is about a 14-year old British school girl named Alyssa Hamilton who receives a strange letter from her mother, encouraging her to hide until her 15th birthday passes. Alyssa Hamilton instead returns home from boarding school, worried about her mother. When she arrives, her mother is gone and encounters a mysterious dark stranger who seems to be after Alyssa. Not only that, she encounters other enemies throughout the game. Alyssa must save her mother and herself from the dark stranger.

You know, CT 1-2 is a click and point game as if you were playing it on the computer but not CT 3. CT2 had nothing to do with Scissorman and a clock tower. All the CT games have teenage girls as protagonists. It would fun if three cosplayer girls would cosplay the CT girls(Jennifer, Yu Midoshima, and Alyssa Hamilton) and perform a skit called "The Clock Tower Tea party" LOL! It would be about the three CT girls who would gather at the tea party and tell each other about their survival horror adventure from each of the games .

I played CT3 and it was da bomb. XD The graphics were incredible, as well as the suspenceful storyline(with quite the twist at the end =D) I LOVE survival horror games, but this one was even better than the resident evil ones.

I have Clock Tower 3, gives me some pretty decent scares. I still have to find a game that can scare me more than the Fatal Frame series, those games freak me out so much.

You know the Japanese voice acting in CT 3 is better than the English version because their voice is very good at showing the character's emotions. I wonder who is the Japanese voice actress of Alyssa Hamilton(She is also the motion actress of Alyssa).

Watch some videos of CT 3 Japenese version.
