Personally, I think FFVIII was the hardest for some reason. I had a had time with the final battle. I agree that X was the easiest, though.
As far as a system, I'm not sure what my favorite was. I think FFVII is a bit too complicated and takes a little too long to level up the materia. The Junction system just really got on my nerves. I guess I would have to say X, IX, and XII were my fave systems, since they are all different and good, and it just depends on my mood for which I think is best at the time.

I really want to play FFVIII, but I'm having a hard time getting it off of eBay.

FFX is thusfar, my favorite. It makes me cry so hard. But, I think FFX-2 is possibly the easiest FF I've ever played. I'm also replaying it because I got a 98% in the game and I want 100%. Though, it's my third time around playing, it was easy the first time.

FFVII... It's great, but it's sometimes hard. I have trouble because of my PS2 dying to play it, but I'm stuck at a boss right now anyway... So no biggy.

FFVII:CC is fun. I like it a lot because Zack is so cute...

FFXII, which I'm also replaying, has been the hardest for me so far. I got halfway through the game, stuck, and now I'm replaying it and overleveling.

How can you say the final battle in FFVIII is the hardest ? It is so easy, so easy that I can win only with Squall using the Renzokuken, it was so easy when I played, that I had to wait the boss to attack, because I wanted to see its attacks and if I hit it, it would die too fast. If you think it's hard then you're one of the worst FFVIII players, it would be great if people who really understand FF could write in this thread, it's sad this way.
Also if you think FFX is easy, why don't you try to fight against the Dark Aeons or Penance, for sure even Nemesis will make you cry... Try to maximize the stats of your characters or get the Celestial Weapons, you'll see what's easy, pfff ! If you didn't make those things, then you can't say that it's easy or not! Gosh, is there a true FF fan here? Please come to talk! I'm feeling lonely...

I think that certain people are skilled at certain types of things. I may not be good at FFVIII, but there are other games at which I am very skilled. I don't need you to throw off on me when you have never even seen my performance.

The Square Enix party is next week, I believe. I heard they are supposed to have a big announcement concerning FFVII. I have a feeling that it's not the FFVII remake, though. What do you guys think?

I'm hoping it's about the remake. What else could it be? Plus, we deserve it after that XIII stunt they pulled.

FFTactics for PS was - and still is - the shizznit. Story is crazy, Game takes forever and a day to beat, and very few games have this type of playstyle. And of the few that do, FFT pulls it off marvelously.

My Calculator could beat up your calculator anyday. Too bad there was no arena or multiplayer introduced to it D:

Yeah, I love this one too, I think its story is so much better than that rubbish of FFXII, Matsuno really did a great job with Tactics. It has an amazing plot of political conspiracies and is very, very deep.

Also its battle system is magnificent, I became totally addicted to it. The secret characters were so cool too, even Aerith and Cloud appeared too.

I use calculator too as a second job of many of my characters it's so cool you can use almost any magic without spending MP and without need to get closer to the enemies, also you can get them all at once if you're lucky!
