yeah well i'm stuck on a different part...a lot further in the game..the Kraken actually didn't give me much trouble.

im stuck again guys!

its the bit where you bang into that castle n you have to defeat "Garuda" has anyone compleated this bit? its really difficult for me to do

atm i have a red mage, black night a warrior n a geomancer or whatever they are called i cant memeber the name.

so can anyone give me some advice?

your STILL useing a red mage? try switchin up your teams a bit and lvling.

my team build is Monk Thief Dark knight and Dragoon

they all Dish out insane dmg.

but then again i jus play this game pretty much every time im on the subway or waiting for people so my characters are such high lvl

recommended i think lvl 28 for that area not sure? check the guides.

best place to grind exp is Sunken Cave

i dotn wanna change my mage becuase she has a really high job level and can do loads of spells, which deal loads of damage. she is the only one i havnt changed.

ive changed all the others though

n ive been on the guides n they are no help.

i play it everyday too

coz i have nothing better to do becuase ive left school. ive checked the guides n it says level 30 which alot of my characrters are way past.

but i still cant defeat him.

My advice, get rid of the red mage.. and get a white mage for the moment until you get a Devout..They rule ^^ I have completed the job using the jobs u unlock at the end.. get them STraight away! To level up the job go to the floating contient, Fight but instead of dealing damage just make your people block about 6 times then kill.. ur job level levels REALLY fast if you do tht. ^^

i cant get out of that town tho becuase the air ship blew up. so i go into the southern village and in the castle to fight the monsters in there to get my levels up?. is that a good idea do you think?

all my characters have over 900, is that good? n their job levels vairy becuase they have new jobs so they are about between 12-20 what JL do i need?

Very good idea at this stage its the only way to level ^^ the items at the top rule if u have a dragoon ( I did, they rock ) Anywayz, just so u know, to get out of the castle you have to go to the southen western village, go to the tavern and get the prince, then go to the castle and you have to fight some guy.. make sure u are pretty strong.. HP over 1000 at this point please Then you can go raise your JL on the Floating contient, Its a good idea to have a stronger JL then your characters nomal levels, but keep them as high as possible too Hope this helps x

so u can actully get out of that city? once youve crashed?

i have the prince, he's pretty useful, he can use confuse which i dnt have. so i have to fight soem guy n then i can get out of the city?
