So how's everyone doing? Have you given up after a couple of weeks or stuck with it? Lost weight? Feeling better? After initially going on it everyday I'm now down to twice a week, with an hour session followed by a 30 minute jog. Been really good for me, though at my age I need all the help I can get I guess.

Reptiles have silly grins
Dark eyes--shiny teeth--some have fins
Samurai they smile never
Serious--pretty swords--very clever

I really like it. It is interesting how it really "tricks" you into getting your heart pumping. I've missed only one day, but am trying to do 15 or 20 minutes a day. Not a lot, but better than nothing.

Cool, MMM. Would you say that it give you a better work out than other Wii Games? I'm thinking about getting it, but I'm not too sure just yet... it would be nice to actually try it, or at least watch someone try it for real. I've seen a trailer, but of course, that's nothing like seing the real thing!
