So I'm cruising the web like normal and I stumble across this thing called Augmented Reality. Looked interesting and I'd never heard of it. So I wander into it and I see this little cube. All the sudden an anime girl climbs out of the cube and starts talking...I think to myself, "WHAT IN THE WORLD???!?!?". Of course I head straight to Wiki and low and behold, this actually exists. So my question is this, does the girl manifest on the cube or is it on the computer because there is a web cam running as well tracking all the movements. Based off a video I saw where 2 girls were playing with it, it was all on the screen and the cube was just an object marker for the program. But all the other videos I saw has the girl free standing on the box with no other display. Also said something about needing special glasses but still.
