1. Devil Summoner
2. Digital Devil Saga
3. Persona
4. Shin Megami Tensei (Includes Nocturne)

It's a tie between the maniax version of Nocturne and Persona 4.

I only played three Shin Megami Tensei games (I am including the MMORPG), and Persona 3 is my favorite.
