And why would I want to do that? What is the benefit to me of this 'don't have to plug in your PS2 to play' feature?

That should be enough for you right there if you're a fighting game fan. =/
New frames, new community, new characters. The sheep stage alone should be enough to warrent it as a buy.

As for me..I played it for a few hours. And love it.
Lee is definetly someone I like using, along with Miguel.

The only thing I don't like it that there are already inf combo's for one character to my knowledge and that a lot of them have 100 percent life Rage mode combos...

Just picked up Street Fighter IV at a Blockbuster that is closing yesterday.

i just saw this commercial lately in CA.. (think i been missing out[?])
however, tek 6 looks about similar to tek 5 ; (by the char looks and all how i see on commerc.)
i hope they add in a bit of new characters in this one. anyways, i love tekken, i'm still gonna play it even though.

To me, my favorites were Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Team.

I liked "The Devil Within" on Tekken Five too.

but four was the worst,
it felt like the Tekken creators weren't trying to hard. しまった。。。
