The best RPG's that I've played are;
Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Final Fantasy XII, Ar Tonelico 3 (Qoga), Star Ocean The Last Hope (international) and Phantasy Star Portable.

The best RPG is definitely Tales of Symphonia. Such a great game.

DRAGON QUEST 3!!!
You think you've finished and then........oh wait there's more! You were only half way through. And that first half takes a pretty long time to do as well. I don't think I've ever played a game so epic.

The greatest RPGs for me are Tales of games especially Tales of Vesperia and also Final Fantasy and Star Ocean and then the last would be Phantasy Star
