Shenmue - 01-15-2011, 01:16 AM

I'm surprised there isn't a thread dedicated to my personal favourite game of all time - Shenmue (Actually, Shenmue II)! Its location, music, fighting and storyline is just a masterpiece for me, but its a shame that the story hasn't been concluded.

Are there any other die hard Shenmue fans out there?

Same here. I'm kind of getting irritated by the constant hesitation whether Shenmue 3 will ever be released. Probably my most anticipated game ever (that will probably never come out :-().

NOOOOOOOO! Shemmue is great but don't overlook Craaaaaazy Taxi 2 or Jet Grind Radio!

Actually, I only just started with Shemmue. It's still a little boring now though(as I heard that the first part of the first game would be).

I'm just interrogating people now.

You can visit my DeviantArt page or my Monster Island forum if you like fantasy monsters and creatures (why wouldn't you?).

Haha. In fact - the first time I played it I grew slightly bored of the game and stopped playing. On my second playthrough though, I thought "why the hell did I find this boring!". Once you get the exciting parts (QTEs, fights) then the boredom starts to disappear.

Man, living in Japan always reminds me of that game. Everything closes at 6 and you spend most of your day drinking soda from vending machines and collecting little trinkets...
