Kingdom Hearts all the way.
The story in H3 was lame, and there was too much backtracking. What a kick in the balls by Bungie....

Can't really compare two different genres. One is a sci-fi first person shooter and the other is a RPG. Got to say though, enjoyed Halo more, story is awesome. Kingdom Hearts is awesome too, but I found that the second game was better then the first. Still, it's like comparing the movie Pump Fiction to Spirited Away.
