If you cant find a school, try get a private tutor.. private japanese tutors do 1 on 1 lessons as well as 2 on 2 lessons.. but you gotta pay a small sum

I thought there was a Japanese Learning program in the US called IRASSHAI. I know really late at night, like around 2 or 3 am, GPTV airs the IRASSHAI episodes.

It teaches you how to speak Japanese, the Japanese culture, and how to read and write Japanese.

All packed into a 30 min episode slot xD
