you can find plenty of people willing to study japanese in the skype community (Skype Community -> Learn languages and more, or maybe in sharetalk and conversation exchange. All what you should do is subscribing to one of the websites and seeking a language exchange partner.
It is noteworthy to mention that a huge amount of english native speakers are desiring to master japanese, and you can find a lot of them in that website

Also, you can find professional teachers.
