english/japanese exchange friend

I'm going to Kanazawa University in October and really don't feel confident with my Japanese. I'd like friends to chat to on msn or skype, I don't mind helping with English at all

Plus if anyone lives in or around Kanazawa, It'd be great to meet people before I move.
