We are looking to recruit a Japanese Chef/Cook who can deliver and produce authentic Japanese Fine Dining cuisine. Our client are based in central Singapore is looking for an existing Japanese Chef who has the capability of providing, quality traditional food with a contemporary twist for customer.

We are looking for:

• A good knowledge and understanding of Japanese Fine Dining cuisine.
• Competent in cooking Kaiseki, Sukiyaki, Teppanyaki, Sushi and Sashimi
• A capable team manager, who can develop, motivate and train a large team.
• 4-5 years kitchen experience
