Looking for help determining what is being said please (audio clip) - 02-16-2011, 09:37 PM

Hi there,

I am hoping that someone who understands Japanese would please consider listening to my mp3 audio clip about the sale of a house to tell me what was said please. Not a "word for word translation" but help understanding what they spoke about if possible and what was generally said.

I would be more than happy to help you with your English, practise English, edit your essay/document in English, etc. I also know French if that happens to help. I am also a professional Ivey-league MBA Admissions consultant so that is another skillset of mine that may be of use to someone?

I would really appreciate any help figuring out what was said please as I am new to learning Japanese.

Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. :ywave

(please ignore the filename in the link - my friend helping me upload the file ignorantly misnamed it... but beggers can't be choosers)

Thank you.

This doesn't sound like Japanese to me, but it is very difficult to hear anything as the recording is very soft & echo-y and the background static is very loud. It could be a dialect that I'm not familiar with or it could be another language like Korean (which I often think sounds like Japanese when I can only half hear.) Sorry I can't really help.
