Job opening: JAPANESE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (1 POSITION)

Main responsibilities
- This position will be based in Hanoi and report directly to Country President and dotted line to Buildings President;
- To be in charge of building relations to all Japanese contractors and Japanese investor in Vietnam;
- Responsible for sales budget (initiative to growth minimum 30% per year) of all downstream products to Japanese segment in Vietnam;
- Coordinate with all downstream business departments to ensure best services delivery to Japanese customers;
- Supporting other Asean countries to build up relationships to Japanese customers when required;

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, engineering background preferred;
- Japanese nationality, English speaking and writing required;
- Have been working in Vietnam for at least 3 years;
- Understanding the construction industry with 20 years working experience (as sales, marketing or engineer);
- Selling skills and technical skills.
