Job question - 11-29-2007, 09:25 AM

I am sorry if this has been already asked but anyway

I am in living in Okinawa at the moment with a working holiday visa and although i love it here i really want to go to mainland and work. I don't have a degree of any sorts but i do know some Japanese and are currently studying at home.

Does anyone know what sort of jobs i might be able to get in, for example, Tokyo? I will be here until September next year (probably).

Without a degree, but with a working visa, I would guess the service industry is going to be your best bet. Like at a hotel, gym, something like that. With no working visa, I would say you are going to have a very difficult time finding a visa sponsor with no 4-year degree.
