When I went to that link, clicked on the CONTENT, a pop-up page came on with a whole list of topics, but.......that was all. There are nothing that can be click on after that if I want to go to, say, ACCOMODATION.
Or, is my browser acting funny.......

the popup just shows the content , no link . click on the list of chapters below that
