Question Moving to Kamakura - 04-03-2008, 09:16 PM

Hey, yeah, I decided on Kamakura a while back, to be semi-close to Tokyo, but not in Tokyo, and I wanted to know if anyone lives there or has been there, and could tell me if it's a good decision. And could possibly anser some simple questions. Like, how long does it take (by train) to get to Tokyo? What's the typical winter weather? How many schools are there? You know, like that...

I'm pretty content with life right now....For the most part, anyway....Well, at least, I'm pretty sure I am....

How long to Tokyo depends on where exactly in Tokyo you want to go....

If it is Tokyo station than the Yokosuka line will get you there in about an hour
