Is there anyone out there who practices( or just knows a lot about it) that could help me understand this religion a little better??

They crawl in your head
They dig in your bones
If you let them, they won't let go
They have no hope
They have no soul
If you let them then they'll take yours

What info are you looking for in particular? The article in Wiki is fairly accurate for a head start

I read the wiki article, I just wondered if it was a little different for someone who is actually Shinto.

Mainly I'm just curious about any guidelines (like christians follow the bible, so what do they follow), also, their afterlife makes me curious as well.
