Doctor and Dentist - 09-05-2008, 03:01 PM

I'm moving permanently to Tokyo soon and, as much as I intend to immerse myself in the language, I figure my health is one area where they isn't room for mistakes. Thus, I'd prefer to have my doctor and dentists over there be english speakers if at all possible. Can anyone recommend, from personal experience, good english-speaking doctors and/or dentists in the Tokyo area?

Any advice is appreciated.

I would recommend the International Catholic Hospital. It has many bilingual doctors, nurses, and other employees. It even has an International Counter in its lobby.

Saint Luke's is probably the finest hospital in Tokyo. The doctors are good, and the service is efficient. It's located in Chuo-ku, near Ginza. You can't miss it, the hospital has one of the most impressive buildings in Tokyo.
