These that old math in mind might end you in a socking state when you arrive in US or Canada. Sometime the exchange rate you saw in the Narita before taking your flight is depreciated by 3 to 5% when you actually exchanged your money on arrival.
On a brighter side, it is a good time to take that pending vacation to US or Europe. Better even to check sales list on eBay.
