im afraid to say, they require u to at least speak nihongo when you work, cause 99% of them dont speak english. ever.

Which country are you from? Do you have a university degree?

Unless you're from a country which participates in the working holiday program, you'll need to get a proper visa to work in Japan and that will require a degree.

I hope this dosen't sound rude or anything but, why would you move to a country without knowing how to speak the language spoken their. You pretty much need a degree and to be able to speak enough Japanese to get by in your daily life.
