An extended vacation (or several of them) will allow you to experience the people, culture, their way of living, etc. while avoiding the complexities such as visa sponsorship, accommodations, etc. I always find myself dreaming about living in Japan one day but I'm always reminded by my Japanese/Canadian friends who've been "tainted" by western living that I'm much better off as a visitor than as a citizen. |

Too fond. I think I've spent more on flights and trips than it would've cost to just rent an apartment for half a year LOL.
