Gyms in Ibaraki prefecture

Hey guys, I'm a JET who has just found out that he's being placed in Oarai Town in Ibaraki prefecture. Pretty stoked about it because of beach and also its close to tokyo. Just wondering though does anybody know if there any gyms in the town or a distance that is reasonable to drive to. I'm a weight lifter...so tend to lift quite heavy weights. I know there are loads of gyms in tokyo like Gold gyms but an hour there and back on a train isn't really feasable. especially after a gruelling workout!!
Any help would be much appreciated.

There's probably not a Gold type gym in Oarai as it's a very small town.

All I have been able to find is Yukkurakan, which seems to be a large complex of spas, gym, pool, etc. It's a 15-minute walk from the Oarai Station.

Then I again, I looked outside of Oarai and found these. There's a town named Mito near Oarai, which has the following:
