Yes those prices are accurate. But not 90 minutes from downtown Osaka.
Everybody and their brother from Osaka wants a country house in that town probably. You've got good taste though I'll give you that. You can find cheap houses and land WAY in the country. I mean like the mountains of Ibaraki, Gifu, Gunma for example. Closer to Osaka will be more expensive, but if you are willing to travel, you can find what you want. I see that you have a good plan, I haven't heard of the music but it seems interesting. However your plan requires feet on the ground in Osaka. After you get a job, can handle the lifestyle, you can start hunting through the mountains. If you are serious PM me.
