Question to people knowing situation of work in Japan for foreigners

Hi everybody! could you tell me is it possible to find a job in Japan with native russian,good english,major in chinese(bachelor degree,chinese university)？thanks

Depends on three things
1) How strong is your accent in English
2) How difficult is it for Russians to get a work visa
3) How good is your Japanese
