Working in tokyo after I graduate - 03-08-2007, 04:08 AM

Hello all, I am currently a sophomore studying accounting and finance, and I wish to work in Tokyo after I graduate. I could speak Japanese fluently at the conversational level (I am Japanese btw), but my writing and reading need a lot of work. That said, what is the best way to get a job in Japan? Any tips on how to gain better proficiency? Does anyone maybe know any networking sites for people desiring to work in Japan?

Gaijinpot.com is a good place to start. As far as fluency, teach English here for a year or until you pass the JLPT level 2 or better and study till your eyes bleed.
