age requirement for going to college in Japan?

I'm hoping to go to a music college in Japan after my senior year, but I won't be 18 until about a month after an official school year will start. Does it matter if I won't be 18 by then, because it would really suck if I would have to wait a year for something like this. For the college I want to go to, it doesn't say anything about age, but not to menchon for a college passport do you have to be 18?

ya but it doesnt menchon anything about the age.....at least I don't think it did.

You graduated from high school...that's all it requires.

The term you are looking for here is "student visa" not "college passport".

Ya your right. I always knew that it was student visa, but for some reason my mind just couldnt find "student visa"....I had a blank moment.
