My furnished private room(28m2) will be available from now.
Our house is large where I share with friends together.
We are Japanese, Canadian, European and Taiwanese and are studying or working in Tokyo.
Our age range is early of 20ies.
The apartment is large and it has two floors: the lower floor contains the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The upper floor contains another bathroom too!
The apartment is very quiet and it has a nice view of Tokyo.
It is close to Shinagawa station (10 mins), to Yokohama (15 mins) is very fast too.
Only 3 mins walk to Kamata station, 1 min walk to Nihon Kogakuin College.
The room costs is 69,000 yen per month.
Internet, bills are all included in the rent.
