Kobo eReader
 

Hi, I'm Canadian and I'm thinking about purchasing a Kobo eReader to bring with me to Japan. I know that I am able to borrow ebooks from my public library via the kobo, but I'm curious if I would still be able to do this in Japan? Would my IP address effect my ability to download content from Canada? I know that it's impossible to download content from the states (as I have tried) if you are not actually IN the states. If a Canadian has already done this please reply! Thank you!
