To the OP I would say that unless you are uber conservative. Just marry her for the convenience. It will make things a lot easier.

My point still stands, though. Yes, marriage can be different things to different people. I would just make sure it is that same thing for you and your spouse.

I didn't just say that. Basically I was suggesting that marriage could be used a means to an end.

thank you all for your help. didnt think this would get as many replies as it has. I am just glad people can enough to post :) calling the embassy today wish me luck with my situation >.<
