Not sure if this info is helpful, but the company called We Love Snow have run advertising all over Tokyo in English in the last few years. It looks like they are a Japanese ski booking company run by English speakers. Maybe you could contact them and see if they are hiring or if they know anyone who is? I don't know anything about them but they aggressively promote their skiing-related travel agency and they are English friendly. Good luck!
