Wanting to work as an Electrician in Japan

Hi! I'm new to this forum. I am looking for some information about working in Japan as an electrician.

My name is Veronika and I'm a girl from Sweden. I am currently studying Automation in a swedish highschool. I'm wondering if any of you know if it is possible for me to work in Japan in a few years, in maybe 3-4 years when I'm done with my education and got the licence for working without someone supervising me.

Would I have to take a licence in Japan to prove that I fill the requirements? Can I just apply for a job or would I have to go a coarse if the system there is different?

I haven't found any information anywhere and I'd really really apreciate it if anyone replied.
