A chav in British slang basically means a peasant, someone without class or manners. Think about almost any rap star you've ever seen on TV, mostly chavs except Jay-Z. Think about some punk high school kid driving around in an SUV with rims all paid for by mommy and daddy, chav.

ah, I hope I could answer to this properly, but I haven't been in Japan recently.
Anyway, I choose Japan over my country. I'm also moving there after few years.

Japan +
1)It's cool place to live
2)I like music there
3)I love the culture
4)I have friends there
5)food
6)It is very pretty countryl

Japan -
1)competition in school
2)I don't know the places
3)perverted (tought it's okay, I'm perverted too...)
4)small apartments
5)they will avoid me, Im scary.
6)expensive

"You can start with this lonely onion."
"*glomp*"
"WTF!"

I'm pretty content with life right now....For the most part, anyway....Well, at least, I'm pretty sure I am....

look at how pleasant they look

although imo it's not just the image. If these are real chavs they would try & beat you up for liking Japan!! Utterly unpleasant people is what chavs are.
