Finding a doctor in Japan

I am a military wife in Yokosuka Japan and I want to find a plastic surgeon here to do implants and I can't read Kanji. I would like one that speaks some english, anyone know how to go about finding a plastic surgeon in the Yokosuka area? I am looking for prices and the procedure here. I am wondering if it is better to have it done here than in the states when we return. I love it here so much, I would love to take something back with me, ok bad joke. :) But I really would like the names and numbers of some surgeons if anyone can get them.
