Living in Japan -

hello all,
i am new in this forum and site and i was wandering if someone can assist me with the fact that i am reallocating to Japan and i can choose to live in Tokyo or in Shin Yokohama. since i am coming with my family and i have a kid that should go to school, i was wandering which of the mentioned 2 cities is preferred. thanks for your assistance

Tokyo housing is more expensive.
are you japanese and do your kids speak japanese? what grade are they in? tell us a lil bit more about your situation and it'll be easier to help. I i live in Tokyo but also 12 kilometers from Yokohama. i like Tokyo better, but thats cuz im 22 and like to have fun. But there are some very nice areas in Tokyo. Especially for English speaking families.
