Question Trading stocks - 03-25-2016, 12:10 PM

Hi everyone,
I am a MEXT scholar and I want to start trading stocks.
Is it legal to trade stocks in Japan with a student's visa?
Are there any specific problems?
What do you guys think about this?
Thank you.

If you use Japanese trader for your deal, you need to open your account on the trader. You should consult with the trader.

If you use foreign trader, it could be more complex. Japanese government always watches the money traffic between Japan and other countries (I don't know how they do). And you must explain what you are doing with the money.
