Are ward offices open on Saturdays?
 
anyone have any idea? Got some things I need to get sorted but no idea if they open on weekends...

What ku do you live in? I've found out that Naka-ku Ward Office, for example, is open in the mornings on all second and fourth Saturdays of the month. You should check your ku's website.
