English seeking Japanese -

I am from Liverpool in the UK and am trying to find any people in Japan to who I can make friends with and maybe help them out with there English speaking/ typing I am 18 in 3 months and would appreciate any replies as I love Japan and there people more then my own country.
Legends say that Japan's Islands were formed by 3 droplets of water from a sword, I think however that it was made a handful of brave men and women all of whom followed honor, a long forgotten word in these terrible modern times.
